This small batch, hand crafted gin is in the traditional London dry style and has been infused with juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica, cassia bark, rosehips, barberries, fresh lemon zest, lime leaves and blackberry leaf.

Tasting notes

Loads of lovely citrus on the nose, very fresh and with a hint of spice. The flavour gives juniper and then more of the zesty citrus, all quite well-balanced. There were some good fruity notes that came through, and the citrus helped to lift everything. The finish was slightly short and not terribly exciting, but this was clearly a well-crafted London Dry Gin, with good balance and botanical character.

Very pronounced fresh citrus fruits with blackcurrant leaf and berry fruits. Very citric and clean: oily lemon with a hint of key lime pie. For a London Dry gin the juniper appears muted initially but the balance of all the other flavours works well to make a clean, fruity and balanced gin. With tonic, the juniper comes to the fore and the flavours are opened up into a wonderful harmonious gin. Well made and clean.

"A sweet and fruity nose with mandarin citrus, ripe peach, nectarine and floral blossom. Fresh, forested juniper notes come through on the palate, which is slightly jammy and sweet. The alcohol is well managed and there is an elegant balance of flavours."
